Ingredients


1 tablespoon  grated ginger

1 clove  garlic, grated

2 tablespoons Kochujang

2 tablespoons  miso

1 teaspoon  sugar

1 teaspoon  sesame oil

1 tablespoon  lemon juice

1 tablespoon  minced scallion (white part only)

1 teaspoon  sesame seeds

1 teaspoon  hot red chili powder (optional)


Procedure

Combine all the ingredients together in a bowl.  Mix well.
